Refund Policy
Returns
In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we DO NOT accept returns of any trading card games or product that includes trading cards. If item arrives not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right | pedro@3kcollectables.com
The buyer will be responsible for the postage costs and ensuring any returned non-trading card included items arrive to us in the same condition they were purchased in. If your item does not meet the standards it was sent in, 3 Kings Collectables LLC has the right to refuse refund. You will be notified of this decision by 3 Kings Collectables LLC.
If your non-trading card included item is unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original state you received it- you can return your product to us up to 14 days after you received deliver of it.
If you have taken receipt of damaged or faulty non-trading card included items please inform us as soon as possible. You have 14 days from the date of receiving the non-trading card included item to notify us for a suitable resolution. Please note 3 Kings Collectables LLC may ask for proof of damaged or faulty non-trading card included items. 3 Kings Collectables LLC reserve the right to refuse returns if you cannot provide us with accurate information or issues arise after this period.
Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days after we receive your items.

Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
If your order has been sent out you, you will have to return the non-trading card included item back to us in undamaged and unopened condition. 3 Kings Collectables LLC will issue you a full refund. Please note postage is paid by the buyer.
