Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally or orders involving freight forwarding companies (or similar services) at this time. 3 Kings Collectables LLC cannot be held responsible for stolen packages post-delivery.

Average processing times may vary based on seasonal volume. Processing typically ranges from 1-2 business days and transit times typically range 2-10 business days depending on the destination location (and barring any unforeseen delays due to weather, etc.)

Pre-Orders

As a default, orders will not ship until all items on that order are available. We suggest putting pre-orders on a separate transaction from currently available items.

Non-Cancelable Items

Certain items are non-cancelable once the order is placed. These items will be clearly marked as "Non-Cancelable" in their product descriptions.

Pre-order and back-order purchases will be charged to your card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment, but are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
